Billing

Manage your billing information and view invoice history.
Only the account owner can view and modify billing information, other users cannot see this screen. Here you can change the credit card that is billed for your subscription, and view past invoices.

Subscription

DesignSpec subscriptions bill monthly, and you will receive an email with the invoice on your bill date. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but please note you will not be refunded for the unused portion of the current billing month.

If you have hit your user limit and you need to add more to your account, or if you need to downgrade to a subscription for fewer users, you can change your subscription. The change will take effect immediately, and your credit card will be charged or refunded (depending on the price change) on the next billing cycle.

We use a certified third party billing system to charge your card, we do not store your credit card number or security code (CVV) in our own systems, but we can view your billing address.
